Noronha Prime is the sales and operations management system for an inbound tour operator in Fernando de Noronha, Brazil. Sales agents log each sale on their phones in six steps. The system works out cost and margin automatically from the selected experience, and those figures are never shown to the people selling. The manager follows revenue, margin and what departs the next day from a desktop dashboard. Customers, suppliers and experiences are registered once and reused in every sale, which ends rework and keeps the numbers reliable.
